Your opportunity

We are currently seeking a Junior Trade Events Specialist, belonging to Law 68/99, as part of our team in Milan.

How you will contribute

1. Event Planning & Execution
- Support the Trade Events Manager in organizing and executing a wide range of events (sales campaigns, local trade activations, and special initiatives) — from initial scouting to post-event evaluation.
- Assist with all event phases, including setup, on-site coordination, and dismantling,



ensuring smooth operations and a luxury client engagement.
- Coordinate event logistics and materials, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and excellence in execution.Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Retail, Operations) and external partners to support event design, logistics, and vendor management.

2. Budget & Administration
- Map and process event-related costs in SAP (PR, PO, MIGO) and assist in monitoring budgets under the manager’s guidance.Liaise with Finance for supplier invoice management and ensure proper documentation and archiving.

3. Brand & Strategy Alignment
- Ensure all trade events are executed in line with brand and corporate guidelines, marketing strategy, and customer experience standards.Contribute to the development of event guidelines and ensure compliance with corporate processes.

4. Market Research & Reporting
- Track and report event performance
