Territory Account Manager Italy— Orbico SportStyle

Orbico SportStyle is a European platform uniting a portfolio of owned and licensed sport & lifestyle brands, including Champion Europe, Game7Athletics and Dockers Europe, within one integrated ecosystem of brand building, retail and distribution. We are seeking a Territory Account Manager Italy responsible for maximizing the Champion sales and profitability, strengthening the company’s market presence, and ensuring that customer needs are effectively translated into commercial and operational actions.

Develop and manage the Italian market, building strong relationships with key customers, retailers and strategic partners while strengthening brand presence and market share.
Drive sales and business growth by developing the current Key Account portfolio, identifying new accounts and market opportunities, in line with the company’s commercial strategy.
Define and negotiate commercial terms and manage the customer portfolio,



ensuring alignment with company policies, revenue targets, margins, and profitability objectives.
Own assigned Key Accounts performance and P&L;, monitoring key KPIs, preparing sales forecasts and business plans, and implementing corrective actions to achieve sustainable growth.
Analyze the Italian market and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align the product offering, customer needs, and commercial strategy.
Ensure excellent customer and operational management, overseeing the order-to-delivery process and representing the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, showrooms, and key industry events across Italy .
Be a key contributor in the Italian market strategy implementation.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the Sporting Goods/Family Footwear or Fashion/Sportswear industry.
