A few examples of your responsibilities
- Tax planning & compliance. Oversee tax planning at the group level, ensuring full compliance with all relevant tax laws, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other local taxes.
- Transfer pricing. Manage annual transfer pricing compliance and documentation, coordinating with external advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure intercompany transactions comply with applicable Italian and international tax requirements.
- Tax operations. Manage comprehensive tax operations, including tax liability calculations, accounting and tax treatments, and tax return filings in coordination with external advisors, as well as the tax aspects of equity incentive plans, contractors, welfare programs, and fringe benefits.
