Opdenergy is now looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage procurement processes in Italy.
What will you help with
- Manage procurement processes for local services related to the construction, grid connection, and operation and maintenance of renewable energy plants.
- Identify, evaluate and develop relationships with qualified engineering service providers and technical suppliers.




- Understand project requirements and translate them into appropriate procurement strategies and scopes of work.
- Prepare and manage RFIs, RFQs and RFPs, including the preparation of tender documentation and comparison of technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, particularly Engineering, Construction, Project Management and Development teams, to define technical and commercial requirements.
- Evaluate and compare supplier proposals, coordinating the technical and commercial assessment with the relevant internal teams.
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and support the selection of the most suitable providers based on cost, quality, technical capabilities, schedule and project requirements.
- Work closely with the Legal Department and internal stakeholders on the preparation, negotiation and execution of contracts and service agreements.
