Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and mitigate quality risks associated with new product development.
- Lead quality validation gates during the development process, including risk analysis and action plan definition.
- Conduct joint evaluations with design and marketing teams, ensuring proper disinfection/treatment if applicable.
- Create and maintain Acceptance Books for new products, outlining quality criteria.
- Benchmark competitors' quality standards to ensure competitive product quality.
- Coordinate Product Quality initiatives across different product poles/lines. xbvzest
