We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Migration & Identity Specialist with hands‑on experience delivering tenant‑to‑tenant migration projects and deepexpertisein identity, access management, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. In this customer‑facing role, you will work closely with customers, architects, and delivery teams to design and execute complex migration strategies, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless transitions with minimal business disruption.
KeyResponsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams,



including migration strategy design, coexistence planning, and cutover execution
- Manage and troubleshoot identity and directory-related challenges , including Entra ID (Azure AD), domain consolidation, federation, identity mapping, and user lifecycle management
- Utilize QuestonDemand Migration, Migration Manager , or equivalent migration platforms to deliver secure and efficient migration projects
- Assess andoptimizeMicrosoft 365 licensing models to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business requirements
- Implement and support Microsoft 365 security solutions , including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Microsoft Defender technologies
- Support Microsoft Copilot adoption and governance whileprovidingbest-practice guidance to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration plans, timelines, and risk
