Exide is looking for a Customer Quality Engineer , who acts as the primary link between customers and the manufacturing plant. He/She represents the voice of the customer within the organization and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving and continuous improvement activities. The role supports the resolution of customer claims and quality issues, ensures compliance with customer requirements and quality standards, and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. When assigned to a specific customer, he/she may act as Quality Leader, representing the company from a quality perspective and supporting customer satisfaction,



risk management and performance improvement.
Main Tasks
Understand customer requirements and define appropriate preventive and corrective action plans.
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, promoting a customer-focused quality culture.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect information, prepare documentation and provide customer reports.
Manage customer claims, warranty issues and audit findings, ensuring timely investigation, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Prepare, support and follow up customer audits, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and quality standards.
Conduct and support internal system, process and product audits.
Support customer-requested testing activities, new product launches and product/process homologation projects.
Deliver training and awareness activities related to customer requirements and quality standards.
