BRIEF DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer / Service Account Manager to develop the ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel (animal feed, pet food, aqua feed, biomass, and waste applications) service business in Italy and Spain. The role is strongly customer-facing and requires regular visits to final customers, with the objective of identifying service opportunities, building long-term relationships, and growing sales of spare parts, maintenance, upgrades, and aftersales solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit final customers regularly in Italy and Spain to understand their needs and identify service business opportunities.
- Develop and grow sales of ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel service solutions, including spare parts,



maintenance, upgrades, inspections, and technical support.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, becoming their main commercial contact for service needs.
- Work closely with internal technical and service teams to prepare offers and propose the right solutions for each customer.
- Follow up opportunities, negotiate with customers, and close service orders.
- Use CRM and regular reporting to track customer visits, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities.
- Support the handover of orders to the execution team by providing clear technical and commercial information.
- Develop market knowledge in animal feed, pet food, aqua feed, biomass, and waste applications.
- Represent ANDRITZ professionally in front of customers and contribute to strengthening the service business in the region.
