- Develop and support execution of Maison Valentino’s global Brand Experience initiatives across all markets and key Maison moments
- Develop experiential concepts supporting seasonal narratives, product launches, client engagement initiatives and cultural moments
- Create experience formats that strengthen emotional connection, client engagement, desirability and belonging
- Build seasonal experiential guidelines and activation frameworks for regional markets
- Partner with regional marketing teams on creative guidance, ideas and bespoke experiential solutions
- Ensure activations follow Maison standards, brand guidelines, approval processes and CMO strategic priorities
- Coordinate with the Creative Director’s office and Brand Image teams on seasonal narratives and storytelling
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Retail, VM, Clienteling, CRM, Brand Image, Partnerships, Digital and Graphics teams
- Develop and oversee concepts for fashion shows, product launches, client activations, cultural initiatives, private experiences, dinners,



festivities and community-driven events
- Research and propose collaborators, agencies, venues, creatives, hospitality partners, production suppliers, cultural partners and experiential formats
- Identify opportunities to increase visibility, desirability, client engagement and cultural relevance
- Support regions with fresh concepts and activation opportunities throughout the year
- Collaborate with Event Planning on timelines, operational planning and budgets
- Align partnership initiatives with Brand Experience strategy and activation calendar
- Participate in MarComm and regional alignment meetings
- Foster cross-department coordination for seamless global execution
- Lead, mentor and support the Brand Experience team
- Track and evaluate initiative effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Collaborate with L’Oréal and Kering Eyewear teams on beauty experiences, launches and image initiatives
