You will lead and deliver complex business transformations for our clients, including digital and AI transformations, operational excellence, restructuring and turnaround execution, post‑merger implementation, and strategic operations initiatives. You will work deeply across clients’ businesses, partnering closely with senior leadership teams to build the capabilities, systems, governance, and processes required to deliver bottom‑line results and ensure they are sustained. You will lead, coach, and motivate integrated teams of Orphoz colleagues and client leaders to drive execution and measurable impact. You will act as a subject‑matter expert,



combining hands‑on transformation experience with strong problem‑solving capabilities to derive insights and translate them into practical, executable solutions. You will lead teams of Orphoz consultants throughout their projects, partnering with the McKinsey strategy teams daily.
