Main Responsibilities
- Lead and support two experienced team members based in Trezzano
- Oversee monthly close activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of general ledgers, sub-ledgers,



and related accounts
- Ensure compliance with Trane Technologies’ Standards of Internal Control, FICAP requirements, and reporting timetables
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations in line with internal control standards
- Coordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements and audit files
- Manage statutory audits and ensure timely completion of all required statutory filings
- Support the tax function and liaise with external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely filing of local tax returns
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Transfer Pricing requirements
- Prepare quarterly US GAAP tax provisions using OneSource for relevant legal entities
- Lead and participate in MDI initiatives, including AI projects, automation, reporting improvement, and productivity actions
- Identify, address, and resolve compliance issues within the area of responsibility
- Monitor and use performance metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvement
- Build effective working relationships with business unit teams and cross-functional stakeholders
