Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions for customers. You will work with lab staff, customers, and cross-functional teams to deploy configurations, train users, and ensure system adoption and performance.
The role reports to the Workflow & IT Manager and is part of the Customer Service EMEA team, with a primary base in Italy and a remote working model.
