ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for someone with a strong brand management profile, able to always start from brand strategy to drive the planning and execution of omnichannel campaigns — not a campaign executor, but someone who knows how to connect every digital activation back to a clear positioning and brand objective. The role has an Italy scope, but works closely with a Hub-level team,



in a context that blends healthcare rigor with consumer-driven energy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate brand strategy into coherent omnichannel activation plans, from setting objectives to selecting channels through to execution.
- Lead the planning and monitoring of multichannel digital campaigns, ensuring constant alignment with brand positioning.
- Support the management of personalized audiences and journeys on marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent).
- Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies to ensure content produced faithfully reflects brand strategy.
- Contribute to engagement KPI analysis, turning data into recommendations that inform brand decisions rather than just tactical optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders at both Italy and Hub level.
