The role will be accountable for service excellence across AMS and system integration engagements, including SLA governance, operational reporting, transition management, customer satisfaction, risk management, and continuous improvement across utilities applications. Lead weekly operational reviews and monthly service governance forums.
Manage escalations, critical incident reviews, and customer satisfaction actions.

Own end-to-end AMS service delivery performance across agreed scope and service commitments.
Govern SLA and KPI achievement, ensuring timely reporting and corrective action tracking.
Maintain risk, issue, dependency, and service improvement logs with clear ownership. Coordinate offshore AMS teams to ensure predictable delivery, knowledge continuity, and adherence to service processes.
Manage subcontractors and local partners in alignment with contractual obligations and delivery governance.
