Within the Distributors & Metering Services function, you operate in a highly interconnected environment, working closely on a daily basis with Credit, Billing, Customer Care, IT, Sales, Energy Market, and Corporate functions. Your Field of Play
- Manage customer requests post- acquisition processes, ensuring quality and a results-oriented approach
- Carry out activities related to the Social Premio and support data collection for Authority investigations, applying a solid analytical approach
- Handle customer complaints, requests, and inquiries in a back-office setting, anticipating needs and delivering excellent customer outcomes
- Manage core business activities, including On-Condition Updates taking full ownership
- Develop new processes and services on the Integrated Information System (SII), fostering innovation and digitalization
- Perform analyses and KPI calculations to support internal functions, enabling data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to compliance initiatives and continuous improvement eff
