We are looking for an Associate Sales Process Specialist to support our sales team through key administrative and operational activities, including quote generation, order processing and booking, and pre- and post-sales support. Responsibilities Support pre- and post-sales activities to ensure customers meet Test, Inspection and Certification (TIC) requirements and product or service adoption timelines.
Work within established procedures and under supervision to prepare and share quotes using standardized pricing tools.
Ensure customer follow-up activities are scheduled and support the conversion of quotes into orders.
Support sales teams by performing administrative tasks, including but not limited to data management, documentation, and customer support activities.
