Job Overview:

The Customer BDE is a role combining customer success and business development. The mission is to build long-lasting, trust-based relationships with existing clients while identifying and unlocking growth opportunities. By acting as a strategic advisor and commercial partner, the Business Development Expert ensures customer satisfaction,



retention, and expansion across products and services.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Business Development & Expansion
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative engagement
- Co-develop growth plans tailored to client needs and market trends
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to propose innovative solutions

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for a specifi portfolio of clients
- Understand client goals, pain points, and operational context
- Ensure consistent delivery quality and proactive issue resolution

Customer Advocacy & Retention
- Monitor customer satisfaction, usage data, and service adoption
- Lead periodic business reviews to demonstrate value and performance
- Act as the internal voice of the customer to influence roadmap and priorities

Revenue Accountability
- Contribute to revenue targets through renewal
