About The Role
As our Head of E-Commerce, you will lead Dyson's online business in Italy, combining strategic leadership with commercial ownership to deliver sustainable growth across and key marketplace partners.
Acting as a key member of the local leadership team, you will influence business direction, lead a high-performing team and ensure exceptional experiences for Dyson owners.

- Own the Italy e-commerce P&L;, driving revenue growth, profitability and long-term business performance.
- Define and execute the e-commerce strategy, balancing immediate commercial opportunities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, creating clarity, focus and engagement in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with Marketing to optimise traffic acquisition, conversion performance and return on investment across digital channels.
