In this role you will:Key responsibilities
- Contract negotiation: Negotiate and secure contracts with hotels in your allocated regions to meet the company's KPIs, including the number and mix of hotels, competitive pricing and availability,
and the revenue performance of hotels in your portfolio.
- Relationship management: Develop and maintain relationships with hotel partners, ensuring alignment with WebBeds' strategic goals.
- Performance review: Regularly review the performance of contracted hotels, addressing issues related to pricing, availability, or quality.
- Market research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and ensure competitiveness in assigned regions.
- Strategic collaboration: Collaborate with the regional leadership to develop and implement effective contracting strategies.
- Performance analysis: Monitor and analyse destination performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.

- Minimum 2 years of contracting experience in the hotel industry (OTAs, bed banks, or tour operators).
