We are looking for a curious individual with a keen interest in the digital world and a natural aptitude for using and experimenting with technological tools, to join the Group’s HR department.
The role is also open to candidates without a strictly HR background, provided they are motivated to work on systems, data and digital projects that support people and business processes.
Duties / Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in operational and project-based activities relating to the management and development of internal HR digital systems, with a particular focus on:
- Supporting the development and evolution of an HR chatbot project;
- Implementing, maintaining and updating internal systems;
- Providing user support and managing operations via ticketing platforms;
- Providing helpdesk support to internal users on how to use HR systems;
- Daily interaction with external consultants and company stakeholders;
- Collaborating with international teams on cross-country coordination of management systems;
