Sephora Milano is seeking an HRBP Retail to translate business goals into HR initiatives and partner with Area Managers to attract, develop and retain talent across stores in Italy. You will champion Sephora values and ensure fair people practices while supporting payroll, performance, and development efforts.
You will lead talent reviews, oversee recruitment plans, deliver training programs, and act as a change agent. Some travel to stores will be required in this dynamic role.
