Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of the school’s Instagram and Facebook accounts
- Create photos, videos, stories and other content during school events and activities
- Assist with the preparation and publication of social media posts
- Support the development and management of the editorial calendar
- Collect and organise content from different areas of the school
- Assist in promoting school events, projects and initiatives
- Support the preparation of newsletters, presentations and communication materials
- Ensure that published content is consistent with the school’s identity and communication guidelines
- Work with colleagues to identify stories and activities that can be shared with the school community
- Support the Country Marketing Manager in general marketing and communication activities
- Handle images, information and personal data in accordance with privacy and safeguarding requirements

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Degree course or recent qualification in Marketing, Communication, Media, Graphic Design or a related field




- Strong interest in social media, digital communication and content creation
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and digital content formats
- Basic photography and video-making skills
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, accurate and well organised
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Italian and English
- Interest in the education sector and in working within a school environment
