You will execute hands-on electrical and mechanical tests, meticulously following technical specifications to guarantee compliance with both internal and regulatory standards. Imagine analyzing test results in real-time, troubleshooting equipment, and documenting every step of the process to uphold our commitment to excellence. Set up and configure test benches and measurement equipment for routine and type tests on power transformers.
Analyze test results in real-time to identify deviations, malfunctions, or non-conformities in product performance.
Perform basic troubleshooting on test setups and equipment to ensure accuracy and resolve minor issues independently.




You will accurately record all test data and inspection results in compliance with company and ISO 9001 standards.
Technical diploma or vocational degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or a related technical field.
Proven experience as a test technician or quality control inspector in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment, typically requiring 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience with high-voltage equipment, particularly power transformers, is highly desirable.
You possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in laboratory testing, calibration, and report writing.
Fluency in Italian is required, a good level of English is essential for the role.
