We are currently seeking a Customs Operations Specialist who will report to the Customs Coordinator as part of our dynamic team in Trecate.
Your opportunity
You will form an integral part of the Customs Operations Department within the Supply Chain and Logistics Business Unit, managing the Customs Operations procedures for the import and export of goods. You will issue Customs Bills and verify the accompanying documentation. Moreover,
you will check the compliant issuing of the outsourced Custom bills, proceeding also to the Customs Operations documentation archiving. This invigorating role will allow you to manage the Customs of our luxury brands.
How you will contribute
- Control the correctness of the Customs relevant elements of the invoices, before Customs bills issuing
- Perform the Customs bills issuing by means of the software Gulliver
- Transmit the Customs bills to the Agenzia delle Dogane
- Monitor of the proof of exit from the EU
- Monitor of the Global Guarantee for EU Transit
- Upload of the ‘Fascicolo elettronico’, in case of Customs control
- Update of the software Gulliver for HS codes, Masterdata, exchange rate for foreign currency.
