The Lean Specialist will support the deployment of Lean Manufacturing across the three production plants, working closely with Manufacturing Managers to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and overall operational performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean workshops on the shop floor.
- Support the deployment of the Vertiv Operations System (VOS) roadmap.
- Train teams on Lean methodologies including
