Role The Key Account Manager Amazon is responsible for driving the commercial performance, profitability, and growth of the Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) business. The role manages the end-to-end Amazon relationship, including commercial negotiations, joint business planning, media investments, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales, margin, and brand objectives.




Key Skills & Experience Experience as a Key Account on the brand side or Amazon side, including equivalent roles such as Amazon Vendor Manager or Brand Specialist, within the Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) business model.
Experience managing Amazon Media (Amazon Search and Amazon DSP), either directly or via agency, with full budget responsibility.
Strong commercial negotiation skills, including deal negotiation for key promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Prime Day).
Active participation in Joint Business Planning (JBP) and Amazon AVN (Annual Vendor Negotiation).
Experience managing media agencies for Amazon media investments.
Key Responsibilities / Day-to-Day Activities Formulate the annual Amazon business plan, implement agreed strategies, and monitor sales performance and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
Plan and invest Amazon media budgets (Amazon Search Paid and DSP) to maximize key KPIs, including ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend), CLTV (Custo
