The Role
The Technical Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing sales of textile specialty chemicals across the Italian market, winning new customers and strengthening existing business relationships.This position combines business development with consultative technical selling. The successful candidate will work closely with textile manufacturers, finishers and other industrial customers throughout product selection, laboratory or industrial trials,



application testing and implementation.Working with a high degree of autonomy across Italy, the candidate will collaborate closely with the Group’s European management, technical support and product management teams.Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities for textile specialty chemicals throughout Italy.Expand the company’s presence in strategic textile, technical-textile and performance-material segments.Build and manage a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.Achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure.Develop long-term relationships with textile manufacturers, finishers, technical-textile producers and key industrial accounts.Understand customers’ production processes and technical requirements.Recommend suitable chemical solutions for textile treatment, finishing, functi
