- Job description 1Your scope in Italy will include the office headquarter in Milan (where you’ll be based), a manufacturing plant and an R&D; facility and a team of 1-2 IT specialists. In case of need you will be ready to act as a direct support for the users.

Responsibilities:
- Lead IT operations in Milan, ensuring the effective integration of critical systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, CRM, Office 365, and EDI, to support business operations.
- Be the voice of the business and set all the new infrastructures for all new employees.
- Generate the right synergy with a strategic view in terms of flow in Italy.
- Manage relationships with external IT service partners, aligning their services with our strategic objectives and security requirements.
