Leica Biosystems Italy is seeking a Customer Care Operations Lead to bridge the Global CoE with the local market, owning instrument order fulfillment and resolving escalated requests while ensuring interactions meet global standards and local needs. You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Contracts, Tenders, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Travel ~5% may be required.
