The job:
The IT Director for Thermo Fisher’s Monza site is accountable for end-to-end IT leadership, ensuring reliable, secure, compliant, and value-driving technology services that enable site operations. This leader owns site IT strategy and execution, drives operational excellence across run + change,



and serves as the primary IT interface to site leadership while aligning to enterprise/portfolio standards in a matrix model.

A core expectation of this role is to deliver the digital foundation that enables site transformation—owning the digital products, platforms, integration, and technical expertise required to implement and sustain digital capabilities at the site. This role partners closely with the Digital PPI team, who lead change leadership, adoption, and measurable value realization for digital initiatives.

This role is fully site-based at our Monza, Italy site. Some international travel may be required.
