Who are we looking for? A resource to be included at our Milan office within the Global Business Unit One B2C, in the Marketing & Customer Service area, with the role of Customer Journey Product Owner . What will you do? You will be the Product Owner of the customer journey in an agile mode, responsible end-to-end for prioritizing, managing the backlog, and achieving business goals.
You will play a key role in designing and creating customer journeys, ensuring a simple and consistent experience across all touchpoints. Thanks to martech skills and Salesforce solutions, you will contribute to defining and executing campaigns for residential customers and small businesses. You will analyze customer needs and behaviors, monitor KPIs and performance, promoting continuous improvement initiatives to increase satisfaction, engagement, and conversion through a data-driven approach. - Design and creation of Customer Journeys: define and develop end-to-end journeys, introducing innovation and AI solutions to support, thanks to Salesforce tools.
- Backlog management : gather insights from data and feedback, translate them into user stories, prioritizing based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility.
- Roadmap and Agile development : define the evolution of journeys
