Mission
As a Senior Building Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of complex building and civil engineering projects. Working with a high level of autonomy, you will ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality project execution while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers. #LI-MT3 Mandatory requirement: Registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato) Key Accountabilities
Structural Desing & Engineering
- Design, analyze and verify building structures, ensuring safety, functionality and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Perform structural calculations and analyses using industry-standard engineering software.
- Prepare engineering deliverables, including calculation reports, technical specifications and construction drawings.
- Develop practical and innovative engineering solutions throughout the design and construction phases.
Technical Leadership & Coordination
- Coordinate structural engineering activities within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring and support to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Engineer and Project Engineering Manager to ensure successful project delivery
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with RINA's Quality Management Sy
