Role Description
We want someone to own our TikTok voice and run with it: your ideas, your style, and your hooks. You’ll have the creative freedom to make people fall in love with Hic however you see it, working hand in hand with the founder.
Here’s what you’ll do: create around four short videos a week, shoot footage in Milan on the ground, and edit footage for other cities. This is a paid freelance, project‑based role to start, part‑time. The only rule: it’s about real places people can actually go. What it’s not: a corporate content job or an unpaid “exposure” gig.
Qualifications
- You are original: you bring ideas, have taste, and a point of view.
- You live on TikTok and it shows (you get hooks and retention in your bones).
- You have an account that actually posts.
- You’re fast in CapCut (or whatever tool gets it done).
- Based in Milan and able to shoot on location.
- You own the creative, but you’re happy to shape strategy together with the team.
