Blindspot is looking for an International Brand Manager to join our team and support the international development of a portfolio of emerging and established brands across the beauty and fragrance industry.
At Blindspot, we work alongside brands to identify growth opportunities, develop international markets and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors and industry partners.
The person joining the team will work directly on different brands and markets, combining brand management, business development and commercial coordination.

What you‘ll do:
- Manage and develop relationships with international retailers, distributors and commercial partners
- Support the international expansion of beauty and fragrance brands across different markets
- Identify and approach new potential retail and distribution partners
- Manage commercial follow-ups, negotiations and new business opportunities
- Coordinate orders, samples, price lists, commercial documentation and day-to-day client requests
- Work closely with brands on market positioning, pricing,



launch strategies and business plans
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out and reorder opportunities with existing accounts
- Conduct market, competitor and retailer research to identify new opportunities
- Prepare presentations, commercial proposals and market analyses
- Represent the brands in meetings, trade fairs and industry events
- Act as a key point of contact between the brand, retailer/distributor and internal teams

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in the beauty, fragrance and luxury industries.
You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing different brands, markets and stakeholders at the same time.
Ideally, you have:
- Previous experience in brand management, sales, business development, export or account management
- Strong interest in beauty, fragrance, fashion or luxury
- Excellent written and spoken
