Accountable for learning governance, compliance training, capability building, L&Dtechnology; ecosystem, vendor management, budget governance and learning impactmeasurement across markets.

Define and drive the L&D; strategy aligned with NWPB business priorities.
Design and govern development journeys for key talent, successors and leadership populations, ensuring readiness for future business needs and critical roles.
Establish governance of mandatory training, compliance tracking and audit readiness.
Lead deployment of Learning Management system and digital learning ecosystem.
Identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions.
Design and deliver leadership, commercial and functional development programs.
Measure learning impact through KPIs and analytics.
