Hybrid Department / Function: Project Logistics About the role We are looking for a Project Logistics Administration Specialist to join our Project Logistics team in Italy, based in Milan/Pantigliate.




Your role will primarily involve administrative and back-office activities, providing direct support to management and the Business Development team. You will be the key point of contact for internal processes relating to customers, contracts, quotations, and online portals.
Manage customer qualification on online portals, including registrations, document uploads, and status updates. Support contract and signature management, including NDAs, purchase orders, and addenda, ensuring proper filing and monitoring deadlines and renewals. Collect and manage QHSE documentation for on-site activities carried out through subcontractors, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
Provide post-order customer support on documentation-related matters, such as claims, non-conformities, and other requests, in coordination with internal departments. Administer access to and use of customer portals, including tenders, quotation uploads, and Q&
