Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Control Center System Engineer. The successful candidate will have solid experience in the rail industry, managing wayside installation design and routing cables along the track and within technical rooms. This position is based in Italy.
Accountabilities
- Work Package Management
- Support the management of the full lifecycle of the OCC Work Package from design to commissioning
- Support or manage the planning, and deliverables in line with project milestones
- Monitor progress, costs, and resource allocation
- Report status, risks, and performance to the WPL, to the Project Engineer and to the Project Manager
- Contribute to the coordination of engineering activities related to OCC systems, including system integration and external interfaces; oversee system architecture, configuration, and validation
- Support to ensure proper integration and stand
