Digital Group Manager
Position purpose
Function is accountable for creating and driving RRP digital marketing & technology strategy, ensuring operational excellence and prioritization with Brand, Consumer Insights and Consumer Journey Pillars. The role is expected to setup and follow digital KPIs that are aligned with broader company objectives. RRP & Digital Group Manager will to drive the building of both technical and human capabilities with market, serve as senior SPOC with HQ and advise local senior management on strategic directions.
What Will You Do – Responsibilities
- Define and drive the RRP Digital Marketing & Technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, consumer needs, and global priorities.




- Translate business requirements into digital roadmaps, initiatives, and investment plans that deliver measurable business value.
- Establish, monitor, and optimize digital KPIs, performance metrics, and governance frameworks to evaluate effectiveness and support data-driven decision making.
- Lead the evolution of the digital ecosystem, ensuring platforms, integrations, and technology solutions support current and future business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement of digital consumer experiences, platform performance, operational stability, and service effectiveness.
- Act as the primary market liaison with Global and Regional teams on digital strategy, technology initiatives, prioritization, and capability development.
