Job Title: Junior Carrier Network Solution Sales Engineer (Extra-curricular Intern)
Work Policy & Hours: On-site (5 days/week in office, 09:00 – 18:00)
Contract Type: 6-Month Internship (Path to Full-Time employment)

This intensive 6-month internship is designed to develop the next generation of ICT leaders. You will work alongside industry experts, gain hands-on experience across end-to-end Carrier Network Infrastructure—spanning Wireless (5G/RAN), Core Networks, Optical Transport (WDM/OTN), and Datacom (IP/Routing)—technical solution design, and customer engagement , transitioning directly into a full-time role upon successful completion.
Market & Needs Analysis: Conduct technical and market analysis to identify telecom operator trends, evaluate carrier network pain points, and uncover growth opportunities for holistic end-to-end Carrier Network solutions.
Solution Architecture & Design: Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to design, tailor, and present comprehensive carrier-grade proposals integrating wireless access, IP transport, optical transmission, and cloud-native core systems.
