The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for operational excellence and organizational health throughPXT leadership at their assigned site(s). As a senior individual contributor, you will partner directly with Field Leaders, site(s) leadership teams, and General Managers, maintaining the seniority and credibility needed for strategic discussions on complex organizational challenges.
You are accountable for the end-to-end employee experience at your site(s), owning feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and environment standards that shape trust, engagement, and performance. This role requires balancing tactical excellence with strategic insight, leveraging both technology and human judgment to deliver high-quality employee experiences while driving proactive risk identification and mitigation.

Foster two-way communication through Voice of the Associate programs, roundtables, and GEMBA walks, driving timely resolutions and strengthening employee-leadership relationships. Execute engagement strategies and recognition programs that measurably enhance employee satisfaction. Build an inclusive environment where employees feel safe to speak up and bring their authentic self to work, establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practices. Maintain meaningful floor presence across the site(s), building rapport at all levels and identifying concerns before they escalate.
