We are looking for a pragmatic and highly skilled Software Engineer (AI / LLM focus) to join a high-impact, small, and high-trust team within a fast-paced Fintech context.




This is a hands-on backend engineering role designed for someone who has successfully shipped and operated LLM-powered applications in production. You will bridge advanced AI capabilities with robust, scalable, and secure backend systems. As a Software Engineer in the AI team, you will design, write, and operate core backend microservices integrating cutting-edge AI technologies. You will build production-ready systems, implementing orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, evaluations, and guardrails—all while maintaining high standards for security, performance, cost/latency trade-offs, and data governance.
Production AI Systems: Build, deploy, and maintain scalable LLM-driven features in production environments.
Backend & System Design: Write production-grade backend services, applying strong software architecture design patterns and event-driven architectures.
AI Tooling & Orchestration: Implement RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and agentic workflows using the modern AI tooling lands
