Recruitment Consultant – Tech / ERP / SAP

Eligo Recruitment is growing its Tech practice, and we're looking for an experienced 360° Recruitment Consultant to join us in Rome, someone who's just as motivated by winning new clients as they are by managing and growing the ones they've already got.
This isn't a talent acquisition or in-house HR role. You'll be working agency-side, on your own desk, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
You'll specialise in Tech or ERP/SAP recruitment, splitting your time between opening doors with new clients and becoming the trusted partner your existing accounts turn to first, while running high-quality searches to deliver the candidates that keep both sides of that relationship strong.
What you'll be doing
New business
Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Tech and ERP/SAP markets
Pitching Eligo's services to prospective clients and converting leads into long-term, repeat-business relationships
Building your own desk and expanding Eligo's presence and reputation in the market
