We’re looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to join the Marketing team at H-FARM College: someone curious, dynamic and hands-on, ready to take ownership of the design area and help shape the evolution of our visual identity.
There’s plenty of space to bring ideas, share references and challenge what we do. We believe in discussion: we talk it through, decide on a direction together, then work together to make it real. We care about quality, and just as much about getting good work done, on time and with purpose.
You report directly to the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager and work closely with the other specialists on the team (Social Media, Photo/Video, Content). You’re the main point of reference for design, with full ownership of your area, in a collaborative structure where everyone has clear responsibilities and we support each other.

The core of the role: visual communication for H-FARM College across digital and physical touchpoints.
Brochures, flyers, folders and marketing materials
Graphic support for video content and productions




Creative direction for photo/video shoots, with internal teams and external partners
Contributing to the evolution of our creative direction and to visual consistency across channels
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just execute requests, but develops a real understanding of the brand and takes ownership of how it comes to life visually.

Keeping files and assets organized, managing your own priorities and agenda
We’re a small, dynamic team, so every now and then we lend a hand. That might mean preparing Welcome Kits, helping set up an event or supporting a production. Everyone has their role, but great teams are built by people happy to help each other.
Fluent English — we work in an international environment
Full autonomy with design tools — particularly Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma: you can turn an idea into a finis
