We are looking for a senior figure capable of moving with authority between business development, technical sales, and daily interactions with key accounts, agents, and distribution partners. Your RoleYou will enter the Sales & Marketing department as a key figure for market strategy, with direct responsibility for day-to-day operational sales and the growth of the business line.
You will have operational autonomy and visibility, working closely with cross-functional teams across our international sites in Belgium, Canada, France, and China, reporting directly to the Global Sales Director.




What you will really do Lead sales and margins – You will negotiate customer contracts and manage sales margins through a solid understanding of production flows and cost drivers.
Shape the market strategy – You will analyze market dynamics, track competitors, and explore new business and M&A; opportunities related to powder metallurgy.
Be a technical reference – You will maintain constant dialogue with key accounts to determine their needs, including technical issues, and provide solution-based sales.
Drive business globally – You will travel frequently (at least 50% of your time) to visit customers, trade shows, and company sites.
Supervise operations – You will oversee the document flow for quotes, orders, and logistics, while establishing yearly budgets and tracking KPIs.
