Job Description
As Sales Manager HVAC & Refrigeration Italy (m/f/d), you will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships,



and developing Kelvion’s presence within the Italian HVAC & Refrigeration market.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop connections within already identified relevant accounts with HVAC & Refrigeration market
- Customer acquisition and care; maintain existing customer base; identify and win new customers
- Position Kelvion products at early project stage
- Technical and commercial negotiations
- Preparation of calculations and quotes including follow-up and contract closures
- Identify existing local service contractors acting in the region and cooperate with them
- Prepare the necessary market analyses
- Lead a team

Your Profile
- Several years of experience in HVAC & Refrigeration, Industrial Sales and Business Development
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, alternatively relevant commercial experience
- Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, thermodynamics, thermal and fluid mechanics
