As part of our Italy Sales leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that people around the world continue to see Trustpilot as a universal symbol of trust. We are very proud to be one of the most viewed websites in the world and our customers partner with us to help them become better, to be seen more and to sell more.

In your role you will:
- Manage and coach a sales team that has ownership of the full sales cycle from generating leads, demonstrating the product, pricing,
negotiation and closing.
- Working towards a new business revenue quota as the primary measure of your team's success
- Collaborate with your colleagues in Customer Success, Trials, Partnerships to ensure that your team has the best conversion and success rates.
- Review & act upon core KPI's ie pipeline management & activity.
- Work closely with the learning and development team to identify and execute on individual and team training needs
- Produce & share weekly sales forecasts & monthly reviews.
We are looking for people with:
- Experience in a B2B sales leadership/management role in SaaS is essential
- Fluency in Italian and English; both written and verbal
- Desire to work in an agile scale-up business
- An interest/understanding of the e-commerce and MarTech space
- Ability to coach and develop a sales team on all aspects of sales process - from lead gen to pipeline developme
