- Mechanical design, 3D modelling and sizing of spacecraft Mechanical Structure parts
- Thermal design, 3D modelling of spacecraft Thermal hardware parts
- Harness design, 3D modelling of the harness bundles
- 2D CAD Drafting related to previous bullets
- Product Structures and BOM preparation and management within Company databases
- Mechanical, thermal and electrical standard part selection from Company databases
- Structure Mass Budget preparation and reporting

Education & Qualifications
- Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering Bachelor;




- High school degree relevant to Mechanical or similar background (acceptable as minimum level but fulfilling all major points here below listed, i to vii).

Experience and skills

The resource shall have at least two years’ experience as CAD design specialist.

In this frame the knowledge of aerospace structures is a major plus.

In addition basic sizing of mechanical parts would be also a plus.

The resource has the following mandatory skills:
- Experienced knowledge of CATIA V5 CAD modelling:
- Mechanical design:
- Parts Design (good knowledge as min)
- Assembly Design (good knowledge as min)
- Sheet metal design (basic knowledge)
- Electrical wire harness installation (basic knowledge)
- Drafting module (good knowledge as minimun)
- Knowledge of a PDM (ENOVIA preferred)
- Knowledge of mechanical tolerances applied to parts and assemblies
- Familiarity with Standard parts datasheets
- Familiarity with ge
