maintainable code; participate in code reviews and share best practices. /liliContinuously improve our development and deployment pipeline. /li /ulh3What we expect /h3ulli4+ years experience in backend development in production environments. /liliStrong proficiency with Node.js (or Go) and TypeScript. Experience with frameworks like NestJS is a premio. /liliSolid experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and non‑relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases. /liliExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes). /liliFamiliarity with designing APIs, authentication/authorization, and distributed systems. /liliProduct mindset: you care about how users experience the product, you are keen to iterate fast. /liliStrong communication skills in English.
