This role gives you the chance to be at the hub of future products and services as you will be working with the RD teams as well as the sales Marketing teams to ensure a great new product launch as well as maintain the success we have in the market with our existing portfolio. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliConduct research with the market and customers to define latest trends and needs then transfer this into the product vision and strategy /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales. /liliDevelop and prioritise product roadmaps that align with business objectives. /liliCreate and maintain product documentation, such as specifications and user stories. /liliDevelop a detailed product remit that includes technical specifications, target pricing, and forecast sales, ensuring support literature is ready for launch date. /liliProduce project and launch plans, coordinating with the Marketing Sales Teams to ensure successful execution. /liliAnalyse product performance metrics and customer feedback for continuous improvement. /liliUnderstand market drivers, unique selling points (USPs), positioning, and differentiation as well as maintaining a market bench mark document. /liliMonitor market, competitor, and industry trends to implement actions that leverage market opportunities. /liliEstimate demand forecasts for goods by analysing trends and seasonality patterns, updating ERP (QAD) accordingly.



/liliParticipate in meetings to facilitate business decisions on inventory and manufacturing. /liliMonitor and maintain optimised inventory levels of stock. /li /ulpbr/ppbAbout You : /b /pulliAt least 5 years proven experience in product management or a similar chiller focused role in the HVAC industry. /liliStrong understanding of HVAC go-to-market strategies and full product lifecycle management. /liliFamiliarity with sales enablement and marketing strategies. /liliYou will be one of the technical experts on your product. /liliProactive and inquisitive nature, coupled with excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams. /liliGood presentation skills. /liliIdeally a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline but not essential /liliProfessional proficiency in written and spoken English. /liliWe're open to candidates based anywhere within the EU but would need to live or be prepared to relocate to Northeast Italy (no relocation costs will be offered). /liliThe role would entail some travel with the need to visit the markets in Europe as well as our own offices, and you should also consider at least one trip per year to China. /liliWork visa sponsorship is not available for this position. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We Offer /b /ppEmployment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time /ppApplicable Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi – Confcommercio /ppMinimum Gross Annual Salary : € 50.000 /ppThe Company may offer a compensation package that differs from the amount indicated above, based on objective criteria identified during the selection process, such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, or changes in the scope and responsibilities of the role.
