Reporting directly to the Country HR Manager, the successful candidate will oversee site-level Personnel Administration processes and collaborate on the implementation of Human Resources development and management projects. /p h3Main Responsibilities Scope /h3 ul liPersonnel Administration: Manage daily admin processes and liaise with the external payroll provider to reconcile monthly employee attendance records. /li liEmployee Lifecycle: Oversee contract management and documentation from hiring to termination, including insurance, workplace accidents, and benefits. /li liEngagement Culture: Implement workplace engagement activities for both employees and managers. /li liExternal Relations: Interface with external entities, social security organizations, and insurance institutions. /li liLabor Union Relations: Support disciplinary processes and assist the Country HR Manager with site-level industrial and union relations. /li liTalent Management: Drive recruitment processes and oversee the implementation of induction and onboarding policies. /li liTraining Development: Coordinate site-specific training activities. /li liBusiness Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to Local Management on all HR-related matters and enforce company policies. /li liReporting Compliance: Manage monthly reporting and annual KPIs (including Law 68/99 compliance). /li liOperations Tools:



Manage site fleet operations with internal staff and external suppliers.
